Writing Styles for Wedding Invitations

Paper types are not the only ones to consider in having wedding invitations but you also have to carefully choose the writing styles for it.

Blind embossing, an image is being embossed or raised. It may look like it is stamped or imprinted on the paper. This gives a classy look to the stationery paper which suits best for invitations. This could also be use for the envelopes as well. Calligraphy, not many chooses this but it is said to be really artistic. It comes with different styles of writing a paper. This looks good on creative stationery paper for wedding invitations. Artists uses calligraphy pen in writing the letter, this also best fit the envelopes, if you want a funky appeal.

Engraving, where the letters in the paper are engraved or being raised slightly while on the other hand, on the opposite side it is intentionally indented. Most couples choose this writing style for the stationery they will use for the invitations because it is elegant. Envelopes with engraved initials of the couples are popular designs nowadays. Offset printing, the ones we normally see at newspapers, letterheads, and brochures; is not a best choice for invitations because it heavily marks the stationery paper being used, which could also mess around with the envelopes with it.
